Mindfulness in Plain English by Bhante Henepola Gunaratana

This book is a proper "how to" guide written by A Therevedan Buddhist. Its really thorough and covers all the important things as far as i am concerned. I found myself feeling a bit like i wasn't sitting for long enough as he sets quite a high standard but that was probably more my own neuroses. It lacks the softer edge that books by westerners tend to have but that doesn't detract from the content.
